Sisyrinchium Striatum is its name or to me and you, Pale yellow eyed Grass/ Mexican Satin Flower.
From Argentina/Chile, they look good in either cottage style garden or a Med style , and have stiff glaucous leaves with yellow daisy like flowers.
When not flowering they really add to the garden, and the good news is that they bulk up quickly so you can share with family and friends.
